At Family Dental Care, we guarantee good dental care.
When you carry out a dental treatment with us, the following guarantees and conditions apply.
Terms
- The guarantees only apply when the treatment is carried out by Family Dental Care.
- For the guarantee to apply, you need to attend the examinations and treatments that your dentist or dental hygienist deems necessary.
- You must maintain an acceptable level of oral hygiene measures throughout the warranty period.
- You must contact your dentist immediately if you find that something does not feel right after treatment.
- Treatment must be paid in full for the guarantee to apply.
- The guarantee applies within the scope of the original treatment cost and not for additional treatment.
The warranty does not apply
- If the prosthesis was performed in immediate technique.
- If rebasing of plate prosthetics is needed.
- If construction is intended only for temporary use.
- If the patient can be loaded for the need for dressing.
- If construction has been subjected to external violence.
- For high-risk patients with underlying diseases.
