Terms

• The guarantees only apply when the treatment is carried out by Family Dental Care.
• For the guarantee to apply, you need to attend the examinations and treatments that your dentist or dental hygienist deems necessary.
• You must maintain an acceptable level of oral hygiene measures throughout the warranty period.
• You must contact your dentist immediately if you find that something does not feel right after treatment.
• Treatment must be paid in full for the guarantee to apply.
• The guarantee applies within the scope of the original treatment cost and not for additional treatment.

The warranty does not apply

• If the prosthesis was performed in immediate technique.
• If rebasing of plate prosthetics is needed.
• If construction is intended only for temporary use.
• If the patient can be loaded for the need for dressing.
• If construction has been subjected to external violence.
• For high-risk patients with underlying diseases.

  Only fractures, does not include secondary caries.
• Bite rail: 1 year
  Material or product defects.
• Prosthesis: 1 year

• Crown/bridge: 3 years
  Only fractures, does not include secondary caries.
• Implant: 3 years
  Guarantee does not apply to risk patients, such as smokers, squeakers, diabetics and other underlying diseases.
• Retainer wire: 6 months
  Fastener that came loose.
