ATTENTION! Please cancel or reschedule your visit with us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations or rebookings or no-shows are charged at SEK 1,000 per hour regardless of the reason. This is invoiced via Payzmart with an associated credit check automatically.

Credit check on new patients

In connection with a booking with us, a credit check will be carried out on all new patients via Payzmart. This will not affect your credit rating with the bank.
